2.2 Rates
There is an officially registered rate of 50 000 belarusian roubles per hour (appr. 25$ per hour) for legal services of “JurZnak” LLC. When this rate is applied, the time calculated includes the time spent for the main legal services (preparation of claim) as well as the time spent for additional operations (studying of the recent court cases).
At the same time we offer our clients an alternative system of time calculation in conventional units – consulting hours. In this case the time calculated for service rendering includes only the time spent for the main operations which are necessary for such legal services for an average-qualified lawyer. As a rule one consulting hour would equal two hours.
Furthermore, we are always glad to grant our clients a discount in regard to the amount of the services rendered or to grant a discount to companies that order legal services on the subscriber basis.
In order to provide for our clients a possibility to control the correctness of the time calculations, we keep account of the working time of each lawyer and at request of a client will give them a report on the legal services rendered and time spent on it.
