2.1 Our services

Contract lawA competently comprised contract guarantees the best protection of your interests. At the same time usage of standard forms without proper legal analysis of their content can have unpleasant and expensive consequences. For instance, absence of an essential provision in a contract can result afterwards in loss of a contract. Furthermore, before signing of a contract proposed by your partner it is important to estimate its advantages and risks and propose necessary changes in a special document - protocol of differences. This will help to avoid unpleasant surprises, for example, about an unreasonably high penalty for an insignificant breach of the contract or about undesirable conditions for cancellation of the contract.

Verification of a contract means that our lawyer checks conformity of the contract with all necessary legal requirements.
